New Layout

This iste is kicking my arse! I always try to do something different with each of my site's new layouts but there's only so much you can wander from the typical blog look before it becomes a hastle to navigate. I had an interesting Japanese themed layout, but then Hoshi did a new one for hers which I love but was very similar to what I was going to do so I want to do something different now.

It's really frustrating me. I've got some great graphical ideas, but incorporating them into a website and using it to focus on the tex content is a real ball buster.

I really can't stand this brown layout any more. I even find myself not wanting to visit it because it's so old and ugly. Such a cliche too. Why the hell I put a temple on it just because I was going to Japan is beyond me.

At least I can tell I've grown artistically these past two years.

On an unrelated note, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Soundtrack was playing while I wrote this post. Can't wait for that new Ninja Turtles movie next year! All CGI!!!

Enjoying the break so far!

I'm loving this extra time off! I'm going to the gym almost every day before midday, catching up on some dvd watching (very important!), planning for my trip to Shanghai, getting more web design done, staying in touch with friends more.

Going back to work's going to be a killer! Am seriously thinking about going part time just so I can enjoy life more! If only I had more web page clients, I'd be set!

Ah, and apparently I'm 85% Optimist according to THIS QUIZ. Thought I'd be higher actually.

How You Doing? (Pics & Videos!)

Wow, this will be different! Some blogging about myself!

Met up with Lena last night and we hit the Sunshine City building in Ikebukero and ended up staying until 5:30ish so we decided to stay longer and watch the sun set!

Took some great photos and uploaded them to my Windows Live Space! Check it out for some great sunset photos plus heaps more I've uploaded!

In fact I've decided that all photos will be uploaded there as it's just so much faster and easier to do than uploading them here.

Am off to Shanghai on the 16th and getting back on the 20th! Can't wait!

Am listening to Savage Garden right now. Man, I wish they had some new songs out. Almost every song on their two albums is gold.
