Had the best time today! Lots of free lessons, and everyone was in areally great mood (teachers and students!). To top it off, noone showed up for voice in the last period so I got to relax!
Our YahooBB is really being screwed around with! Hopefully we'll get it up soon! Got heaps of photos from Disneyland to post!

Lumos!
Just saw Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban in Shibuya after my morning shift (no good cinemas in the burbs!).
It as really strange as Harry Potter is popular as heck here and there have been commercials and posters everywhere but there was only one cinema in Shibuya screening it! It was a wierd one too. I bought the movie ticket and the guy gave me two tickets. One with a number and the admission ticket. He said to come back at a certain time to prepare for the movie!
40mins later I came back and was forced ti line up down 5 floors of stairs with over one hundred other people with one man running up and down the stairs SCREAMING instructions at us! I don't care is he's screaming complements... I don't like being screamed at PERIOD. I don't think anyone else did either. It was random and impersonal screaming even if you did understand what he was saying (and I did for the most part!).
Anyway, eventually they let us in in order of the numbers on our tickets (really pointless really as it only took 5mins to let everyone in and that was nowhere near enough timeto find a seat. For the next 20mins people were still trying to find a good spot to sit.
Lots more announcements and people screaming instrauctions and telling us the condement bar is open (really?) and a digital ring tone to let us know the movie was starting (in case we couldn't tell with the doors closed and lights off) and a woman screaming that the bar was closed.
Needless to say it was a very stressful experience. However the film was GREAT! And I really enjoyed it! Definitly won't be going here again though!

5 days off!
Well It's 7:30pm now and I'm just about to head home and start tidying up for Mum and Roger who I have to meet at the airport at 7:30am tomorrow morning.... yeah, in 12 hours!
I hope can get a lot of sleep tonight!
I had a great day at work today. Had my first "High Level Voice" where I had 2 lessons back to back with high levels and organised a debate! It went really well with the subject being "Should Japan have a death penalty for cigarette smoking". We all had a gret time!

Welcome. My name's Brad and I'm about to start my fifth year in Tokyo, Japan though lately I've found that that defines me as badly as saying I'm from Sydney, Australia.
