Something special (or not)

Just got back from the gym, had dinner, watched a bit of Totally Spies (a repeat damn it) and feeling a little mellow so time to post on the ol' blog!

Lots of catching up to do! Went down to Okinawa for a second time on the weekend for a friend's wedding. INCREDIBLE scenery and a hotel right on the beach! [photos coming soon!].

Am planning where exactly to go for my two week break in August. Hong Kong is locked in and am tossing up Shanghai or that "Venice of China" which I can't remember it's real name. If I can budget correctly I may do both. Mainland China is so cheap, I'm actually thinking of saving it for a weekend trip after the holidays. Pretty doable!

Koky might be joining me at MLS (good luck!), Lena'll be heading o her next stop soon and Yosenex'll be heading back to The Big Apple. Sounds like the turnover period in Japan.

Hmmm... still studying Spanish and Cantonese with a little Japanese on the side. Am starting to think I'm studying too many languages. Oh, well.

Happy Birthday to Heather and for the not-so-distant-future, Roger, Mum and Dad. Pressies coming, all of them probably a little late.

Inspiration.... fading.... fast....

We'll I think that's all for now! I'll try post some pics with the next post!

Ja Ne!
