Vending Machine Discoveries #3

Thought I was trying out an ice coffee this morning but when I picked up the can it was HOT! I thought the machine must have been broken at first but tried it and it's actually the best coffee that I've had since I've been in Japan! The Nescape jar that I bought last night tastes like dirt. I'm going to have quite a collection of almost full instant coffee jars if this keeps up!

Piece of Cake
Headed into Omiya for the second day of training at 10am this morning. Meant to be 9am but I decided to do some ironing, loads of washing and the dishes. Training didn't start until 12:30 so I had heaps of time which I needed to buy a watch and check out what looked like a cool archade I saw yesterday.

Buying the watch turned out to be a pain in the arse. You'd think there'd be more than enough stores selling cheap arse watches but noooooo.... after about 2 hours (10 minutes before training) I found one for about AU$20. Not a bad buy either. It lights up greenish and has a joystick on it. Oooooo, shiny!

Today in training we got to teach 2 sessions by ourselves. I found it really easy, though I have to stop overexplaining things. Also a woman in the second class almost spoke no English. She didn't really know what we were doing half the time. Kind of prevented the other guy from learning much as I spent half the time explaining what we were doing. Still had a great time though. I think all of us are going to fly through these lessons! Can't wait to see my branch at Shin Koshigaya.
